3 Days Amboseli & Tsavo

Tsavo East is the largest National Park in Kenya while the Amboseli National Park lies at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest point of Africa.
This combined Safari package provides an excellent opportunity for wildlife viewing and awesome sceneries in two of Kenya’s premium national parks.

Day 1: Diani – Mombasa – Tsavo
Pick up from Diani Beach at 4.30 am for a scenic drive via the Mombasa-Nairobi highway. This 120km, 3-hour drive will bring us to the southern entry point of Tsavo East National Park with a brief stopover for refreshments at its entrance.
On entry, we will enjoy an en-route game drive before we get to the lodge. Tsavo is famous for its red Elephants, maneless Lions, Zebra, Giraffe, Buffalo, Cheetah, Antelope, Kudu, Ostrich and much more.

After check-in and lunch at the hotel, we will depart for the late afternoon game drive when the wild comes alive after the mid-day heat. A diverse birdlife and picturesque vistas of the African sunset over the savannah are found in Tsavo.

Day 2: Tsavo East – Amboseli

The day starts with an early breakfast before setting off for Amboseli with an en-route exit game drive followed by a scenic 260 km, 4.5-hour drive into Amboseli National Park, home to some of the greatest Elephant herds of Africa and where the best views of Mt Kilimanjaro can be experienced.

After Check-in and lunch at the lodge, we will relax until the late afternoon when we will venture out for a short game drive, Amboseli is smaller and open with wildlife being easily spotted, what you missed at Tsavo East may be found here, we will be on the lookout for Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo, Giraffe, Zebra, Mongoose, Hyrax, Dik-dik, Lesser Kudu and the elusive Leopard.

Day 3: Amboseli – Diani

We will begin with an early morning game drive followed by hearty breakfast before departing Amboseli National Park with a short exit game viewing drive.
We will head back to the coast with a lunch break along the way and arrive in Diani during the late afternoon or early evening.
